RWS Hybrid Personal Training

Hybrid Training is an exciting new service offering that allows for customized training programs and accountability, but at the clients chosen location and time!

“I understand that it may be difficult for someone to get to the gym 3-5 times per week. However, with this service I can “Taylor” the training program to each client and they can do the assigned workouts at the location and time that’s most convenient for them! They can workout at home, outside, the park, even another gym where they may have a membership. The location is their choice, the time is their choice, making sure it happens and is customized to their fitness level, that is my job!”

How will this Hybrid Training program work?

“The workouts will be designed and assigned through an app / website and sent to the client by email. The client will take the link from the email or go directly to the workout in the app and will complete it at their convenience. Then I am notified and it shows me when they have marked the workout complete, which is a great way to keep clients accountable! The assigned exercises will have instructional videos for potential exercise form questions. Progress check-ins will be done once a month at scheduled times at RWS depending on the clients schedule and availability. I feel this is a great program to help clients stay accountable while understanding the busy lives we all have!”
